AMC² provides consultancy and in-house training courses to private and public sector organisations throughout the UK. Our extensive experience has been gained in the area of Stress Management, Resilience and Wellbeing over the last 13 years

We specialise in Risk Assessments for stress using our unique Corporate Diagnostic© Stress Audit tool which will ensure your organisation is compliant with the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 as well as every individual feeling their opinions have been heard.

We also provide practical tailored courses for executives, managers and staff.
Executive and personal Coaching is an important part of our work, enhancing human potential.

Ann McCracken BSc (Hons). MSc. ARCPath. PGCE Dip Clin Hyp Dip Stress Mgt. Cert Coach. MHA  FISMA Ann trained as a scientist, working in both the medical and education sectors and is now an experienced stress management consultant and trainer. Ann is an author, media expert, motivational speaker, hypnotherapist and coach and the Chair of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) as well as an Accredited ISMA Trainer for PAS 1010 and and experienced Coach.

Jenny Edwards RGN. CHP. DABCH. Dip Stress Mgt. Cert. Coach. FISMA. MAC. Jenny has extensive experience of working in the NHS at a senior level and most recently running a busy private practice. She is an ISMA Accredited PAS 1010 trainer, psychotherapist, and coach and also Vice Chair of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA). She is currently co-ordinator of ISMA’s annual National Stress Awareness Day program, providing radio interviews and magazine copy and editor of Stress News.

David Bullivent BSc, MA (Mgt), Dip H&SW, Dip Env & Dev, DMS, MIHM. David is a Director of Corporate Diagnostics Registered with the British Psychological Society, previously lectured in research, law and history (NHS) in University and Adult Education. He now specialises in adapting and analysing proven measurement techniques for each unique client and situation, project manages and advises on programmes of work based on principles aligned to PRINCE2 and Lean.
